Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Custom Aura. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via our Contact page.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damage.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us first for the return address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
